Booking & cancellation
This site does not accept payments or direct bookings. Availability, rates, accommodation tax, payment, cancellation and refund terms depend on the specific Booking.com or Airbnb listing and reservation. Contact the host through your booking platform for reservation support.
House rules
- Foreign guests without a fixed address in Japan must provide nationality, passport number and a passport copy.
- Complete remote registration before arrival, then use self check-in. There is no front-desk queue.
- Check whether Osaka accommodation tax is included in your platform total.
- The home has stairs and no lift. Quiet hours and no-smoking rules apply.
Privacy notice
This website presents the property; third-party platforms handle bookings and payments. Hosting and security services process network request information. Google Analytics is enabled only with your consent. Statutory guest registration is separate from analytics: foreign guests without a fixed address in Japan must provide nationality, passport number and a passport copy as required. The host receives these by the email below solely for legally required guest registration. Do not send ID documents in public comments. Contact the host about access, correction, retention or deletion; legal retention duties may limit deletion.

Records & deletion
Guest registers are retained for three years from their creation; required passport copies are kept with the register. Once the retention requirement ends and there is no other lawful need to keep the data, Kuanju will arrange deletion. Email attachments, downloaded copies, trash and backups must be reviewed; deletion is not automatically performed by this website. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion.
